There are many companies out there that provide DOT Compliance services and I think that the team at DOT Compliance Group has done one of the best jobs so far. The team has added amazing features to their website to make the management of the drug and alcohol testing pool sophisticated.
In this blog, I want to write an open letter to the technical team at DOT Compliance Group for adding a new feature to their platform.
Why am I writing this letter?
I have been in this industry for 10+ years and have always loved to improve the ways in which I can help companies. This is why I am trying to reach out to the DOT Compliance Group and their team to see if I can help them in any way possible. I am always open to any opportunities that come my way to improve the ways in which we can help companies and contribute to the trucking industry.
The Required Feature
I want to get a button added in front of each driver’s details to send out a customized SMS or a DOT Compliance Group letter directly through the website for sharing additional details easily. I would like to just click on the message button and enter your message and then click on send.
How will the DOT Compliance Group letter/SMS sending feature help?
This feature will help save a lot of time spent on manually finding the contact information of a specific truck driver when we want to send an additional message before or after drug and alcohol testing. Also, it is really cheaper to send a text message than to make a call and it is much easier to send a message than to send an email.
Conclusion of my letter to DOT Compliance Group
It’s great to see a company listening to its users and adding more features to help its business grow. I’m looking forward to seeing this new feature in action and I hope others will start using this feature too. I also think it’s great that DOT Compliance Group is helping their customers grow their businesses. I’m excited to hear more from this company and I hope they continue to listen to their users and make more updates that help everyone.
